Shipping processing time 

Orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.  Please note that no deliveries will be made on weekends and holidays.

Nevertheless, deliveries of high-volume orders (on the season) may be delayed for a few days. In case of delay, we will notify you through e-mail.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates 

The total shipping charges for all your orders will be calculated and shown upon check-out.

The delivery time depends on your country where you order from. You can see the delivery time estimates on our website before finishing your order.

Shipment Confirmation

Shipment Confirmation will be sent to the recipient’s e-mail after the order has been confirmed and shipped. 

Damages 

TWX Home is not liable for any damaged or lost products during shipment. If the order received is not in good condition or damaged, you must contact the shipping courier.
